Hospital Quirónsalud Palmaplanas

I had to take a blood test and was a little nervous. My five blood samples were taken expertly, with no pain, within just a couple of minutes. I was very impressed - and grateful. I then went to the English speaking helpdesk for assistance, as my login wasn't working. They demonstrated a high level of knowledge of how the system worked and had fixed my problem and demonstrated that everything was working in just a few minutes. They were very friendly and had excellent interpersonal skills. All-in-all, it was a good day at the hospital.

I was travelling Mallorca and felt unwell. I visited the emergency department and was seen in less than 30mins. The staff here was absolutely amazing and spoke 3-4 languages. I was admitted to hospital and the care I received was of the highest level. The admin team were also so helpful in liaising with my insurance company. Everyone was amazing, helpful and kind. I was placed in my own room and treated with care. As a foreigner it can be scary to be unwell abroad. Highly recommend this hospital and its wonderful staff!

So tired of visiting this hospital. Does anyone know of a better one where the doctors and nurses actually care. So many bad experiences to be able to list here but one that will stick in my mind forever is visiting whilst bleeding during pregnancy. Obviously very worried and wanting to know if my baby is ok...whilst doctor is doing an ultrasound starts asking why my Spanish language is so bad and that i shouldn't be living here. Please could you remind your staff that they are here to care for people not tell them how bad thier spanish is. Not the first occasion. My first experience of private healt, the local NHS seems to be a lot better.

I am very happy they keeped my child safe and healthy. I can say that the pediatric team, they give their best from heart. Also very good conditions for treatment

The doctor was very professional, and although it took 7 hours to get tests done and reviewed, the wait was comfortable.
